How to buy on UKyard
Everything you need to know about shopping safely and confidently.

Find what you need
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find any product, or browse by category from the navigation. You can filter results by price, rating, and availability.
Add to cart
Click "Add to cart" on any product page. You can continue shopping and adjust quantities in your cart before checkout.
Check out securely
Enter your delivery address and choose a shipping option. Pay securely via PayPal or card through Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Track your order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime in My Account → Orders.
Secure payments
PayPal & Stripe protected. We never see your card details.

Free standard delivery on orders over £35. Next Day also available.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes — creating a free account lets you track orders, save your address, and manage returns easily. It takes under a minute to sign up.
Is it safe to buy on UKyard?
Yes. All payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe — two of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never see or store your card details.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Products marked "In stock" are available for immediate dispatch. We update stock levels regularly. If an item goes out of stock, you can sign up for a stock alert.
Can I buy from multiple sellers in one order?
Yes — your cart can include products from multiple sellers. Each seller's items may be dispatched separately, but you pay once at checkout.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, you can use our 30-day returns policy.
Do you offer price matching?
We don't currently offer a formal price match guarantee, but our sellers set competitive prices. If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, it's worth checking back — prices change regularly.
