- •These ink cartridges will show the accurate ink levels on your computer. Please ensure its the correct model and the printer was bought from Europe.
- •Once you are ready to use, shake the ink, tear off the label that is marked PULL, usually a yellow label. Please do not pop the hole at the bottom of the cartridge where the ink comes out from and do not touch the chips.
- •In case you get a message "Not Genuine" after installing the inks then just press ok or YES to continue and you can carry on using the purchased inks as normal.
- •If you get an error message saying "Cartridge not recognized", please reinstall several times, you can also try remove all cartridges from the printer, switch off the printer from the mains and then reinstall and that should clear the error.
- •Usually a printer head clean may occur once you install new cartridges, dont worry its normal and if it does not occur, we recommend to do it manually via the printer settings to obtain best results.
- •We also recommend not to update the printer software version as this may cause future ink recognition problems.
