• •Downlight fittings generally use powerful springs to hold them in place; unfortunately the plasterboard they are fitted in can be easily damaged. The Downlight Cut-out Repair Liner can be used to reinforce new holes, repair damaged holes, resize existing holes, or fill unwanted downlight cut-outs in plasterboard/ dry-wall ceilings – with fast, sealant-gun simplicity! Since the repair ring provides a very strong edge, this 67.5mm liner is suitable for downlights requiring a 70mm cut-out - the initial rough or clean hole does need to be 72mm, or ideally 74mm or greater.
