• •To prepare the eye area, start by gently removing any traces of previous make-up and moisturizing the skin. Before applying eyeliner, make sure your eyelids are dry and free of grease. To apply the XXact Wing Pencil eyeliner, take the lead and draw a fine and precise line along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and proceeding outwards. For a more intense look, intensify the line and create a wing slightly tilted towards the outer corner of the eye. To complete the look, you can apply eye shadows to the eyelids, blending them to create a gradual and harmonious effect. Finally, fix the make-up with a breathable base to prolong its life.
