• •1. Ensure the eyeliner pen is clicked and released to prevent the formula from drying out or fading before use. 2. Hold the pen firmly and place the tip where you want the eyeliner to start. 3. Draw a line along the lash line, keeping the pen as close to the lashes as possible. 4. For a winged look, extend the line outwards at an angle and fill in the triangle shape. 5. Allow the eyeliner to dry for a few seconds before blinking or touching the area.
