• •Giro Empire VR70 Knit Description: A new approach to off-road performance. The Empire VR70 Knit is different from any other mountain bike shoe you've ever seen. It features our newly developed Xnetic knitted upper that provides unparalleled comfort and breathability and a bonded TPU exoskeleton system that supports you where you need it. The shaft is DWR treated for water repellency and easy cleaning, while a rubber toe protection and a bonded TPU heel area increase durability and abrasion resistance. A closed stretch knit ankle cuff provides superior comfort and additional support and protection from slipping out on the trail. All of this is based on a robust Easton EC70 carbon fibre sole that provides rigidity at the highest level, and a robust Vibram rubber outsole that provides protection and grip when you're not sitting on the bike.
